The Minster Hotel - York

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a cozy bar area. I fondly remember the staff helping with my late departure during my first stay. Highly recommended for a stress-free visit. I'll be back for the new year!

I had beautifully presented, brand-new room with large windows, ample space plus especially the towels, had good night's sleep.

Magnificent location minute walk from attractions we wanted to visit - a cathedral and an art gallery. It was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from La Bodrum, serving fast food. Tried great croissants, cereals and pastries.

Great location, staff were nice

The reason we enjoyed it was very good staff and location.

-Very close to the historical center. -Very big room, more than the average one in B&B and Hotels of this type. -Cute and quiet hotel. -Kind and helpful staff.

-Stale smell because of the carpet, but just air it out.-No safe in the room.

The enthusiastic staff at breakfast created a friendly atmosphere, while the charming architecture added character to the stay. However, the ongoing refurbishment created some inconvenience during our visit.

I enjoyed that the room was spotless with modern bathroom, decent size bed, a good view. The food was different, especially cereals, pastries and croissants for breakfast. Staff were courteous and exceptional, and facilities were clean here.

It was reasonably priced for 3 star hotel.

The location is really convenient to reach the city center in a few minutes walk, private parking, staff is always kind and smiling, breakfast. The room was quite large and comfortable.

In front of the window there was an exhaust pipe from the furnace that released a steam that could enter the room, which was not pleasant.

Hotel is as good as in the centre. Sufficient parking on site.

It was noisy in the room.

No elevator available, but if necessary, the helpful staff will bring the suitcases upstairs.

We Liked the frendlyness of all the staff, also the rooms where exelent. And we would recomend the Minster Hotel to frends.

The room was larger than the informed, comfortable, and had everything necessary for a tourist, who is just passing through for a few days, is close to tourist attractions. The price/quality ratio is good.

We thought everything was fine, we have no observations or proposals for improvements.

All the staff is super nice from the reception to the room service, the room is clean and it's only 10 minutes from the York Minster! Very special breakfast and coffee!!!! we will return ..... at least we want to!!!!!!
